WARRANTY

PRW Enterprises herein after referred to as the seller

     For all goods which a manufacturer provides a warranty the seller will act as the buyers agent for the sole purpose of making a claim on the manufacturers warranty. Most but not all products carry a 12 month warranty. Clarification is available on a per item basis. It is the buyers obligation to obtain this information in writing from the seller.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your -our end- user customer’s hardware products.

This warranty does not cover:

"Software, including the operating system and software added to the seller –branded hardware products through our factor – integration system, third- party software, or the reloading of software" Problems that result from:

External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power.

Servicing not authorized by the seller

Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions

Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance

" Products with missing or altered Service tags or serial numbers "
" Products for which the seller has not received payment "

The seller liability shall be limited to placing or repairing of goods. The seller reserves the right to make substitutions.

The seller will not be able to accept goods or parts that have been subject to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair, or physical damage. The existence of any damage as described above will void any warranty. The seller makes the final determination as to the existence of any defects.

During warranty period, we will repair products returned to us that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are not able to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished.

This is the only warranty made by the seller in respect of goods purchased and can only be modified or altered, only by the sellers, Company Directors by written instrument .
