Our business has always been to provide the best products, service and support available on the market and supply them to our customers at the lowest cost possible. From inception we have been driven to really make computers affordable so that they are within reach of all, and this remains our mission today. We accomplish this by minimising our overhead. This includes operation from non prime commercial location, occupying warehouse space as opposed to the more traditional retail and office properties. Not only does this dramatically reduce the rental and building costs, it also allows us to buy in much larger quantities directly from the manufacturers. Presently we occupy some 8000sq ft in two locations. Our primary location is situated in what used to be the A S Bryden compound in El Socorro, with our second location at St Charles village, between San Fernando and Princes Town. Last year we opened on Delhi Street, St. James (primarily our H.P. showroom, we are a registered H.P. Business Partner ) and at Centropolis Mall, Ramsaran Street in Chaguanas, we have even spread our wings to the Eastern Caribbean with a brand new outlet in Grenada, and our administration office located in Petit Valley. Already in the pipeline are two additional retail outlets for Arima and Tobago.
According to distributors that we partner with in Miami, PRW is the biggest distributor of computers and computer components in the Eastern Caribbean. In addition to distributors, we have direct links with HP, Microsoft, APC, Symantec, Western Digital, Logitech, and Envision (AOC), to name a few.
Our products are sold to resellers, including Courts (Caribbean) and American Stores, as well as many other smaller retailers and computer technicians who supply various companies and home users. We supply numerous Government Ministries and Educational facilities throughout Trinidad and Tobago, these include no less than 26 UWI Departments, as well as a number of government and private schools. We are the sole supplier to Servol, to whom we offer very special pricing, and we are proud to serve numerous private corporations. These include Peakes, Coca Cola, Angostura, Pizza Boys Group, Rotoplastics, Agostini, Algico, Presidential Insurance, Unit Trust Corporation and Toyota to name a few.
We carry at all times a range of products required to assemble, repair or upgrade computer systems all at the best prices Guaranteed! For example, presently we have no less than 12 different CPU’s from both Intel and AMD. We have 14 different printer models in stock. Hardrives we carry from 80GB to 500GB, so you can rest assured we have the variety and the products to suit most pockets and requirements. As a HP Business Partner we stock for immediate delivery no less than 18 Systems, Servers, and Laptops to choose from.
We have Air and Ocean shipments arriving in Trinidad on a weekly basis. This combined with our 12 Million Dollars inventory means that we can supply and replace products on demand.
